In parallel with her role as Director of Finance, she aligns treasury operations with corporate budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation frameworks to ensure consistency and control. Her dual oversight ensures disciplined liquidity management, transparent reporting, and coordinated financial decision-making across operating and investment entities.

Born in 1989 in Guangdong, China, and later raised in New York, Jessica built her career through determination and an unyielding passion for finance. Her experience spans both private and corporate sectors, with a focus on strategic growth and risk management. She has been married for ten years and has one child. Her husband is quite distant and is unaware of her actual line of work.

Jessica is also a licensed Escort for both domestic and international bookings and serves as Director of Escort Training. The ETF & Public Markets Portfolio Manager oversees allocations to exchange-traded funds and listed equities within Sakura Capital’s investment portfolio. Responsibilities include security selection, rebalancing, performance monitoring, and execution discipline in alignment with the broader portfolio strategy. This role supports efficient market exposure, liquidity management, and transparent performance tracking.

             Hedge & Alternatives Portfolio Manager

The Hedge & Alternatives Portfolio Manager manages alternative investment strategies, including hedge-style approaches and non-traditional assets. This role evaluates opportunities across less correlated strategies, structures allocations, and monitors performance and risk characteristics. By diversifying return sources, the position supports portfolio resilience and downside protection.

             Risk & Exposure Analytics Lead
