Her executive oversight ensures that high-value mobility assets are managed with discipline, discretion, and precision across international operations.

​Born in 1986 in Fujian, China and raised in Los Angeles, Tiffany built her career in modeling and business development before founding Sakura Geisha in 2013. She is fluent in Mandarin and English and continues to mentor staff while representing the company at select engagements.

As Mobility Operations Director, Lien oversees the day-to-day execution of Sakura Mobility Group’s transport operations and asset deployment. This role is responsible for coordinating fleet usage, charter activity, scheduling, and cross-functional alignment with logistics, security, and finance teams. Through disciplined oversight and operational control, Lien ensures that all mobility assets are utilized efficiently, securely, and in alignment with group priorities.

 

Born in 1967 in Taiwan and moved to Los Angeles at seventeen. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, she quickly excelled academically and pursued her university studies with a focus on organizational management. Her lifelong passion for operational leadership naturally evolved into a career directing high-performance teams. Married for eighteen years with one child, Lien is known for her professionalism and quiet resolve in balancing her personal life and leadership role.

Responsibilities include registration, insurance coverage, maintenance planning, storage coordination, and depreciation tracking, along with oversight of financing structures and asset records. By maintaining disciplined controls and documentation, this role ensures asset readiness, compliance, cost efficiency, and long-term value preservation across the mobility portfolio.

             Air & Maritime Charter Coordinator

The Air & Maritime Charter Coordinator manages chartered travel arrangements across air and maritime modalities, including private aviation and premium vessel services, with rotary support coordinated as required. This role oversees vendor coordination, availability, scheduling, and trip documentation, ensuring each movement aligns with approved itineraries, security requirements, and applicable regulatory constraints. By driving charter execution end-to-end, the position delivers seamless, discreet, and reliable mobility support for executive and client missions.

The Vehicle Acquisition & Disposal Analyst manages the lifecycle of Sakura Mobility Group’s owned vehicle portfolio, overseeing purchases, sales, lease transitions, and asset disposition timing. This role evaluates market conditions, utilization patterns, and holding strategies to support value preservation and disciplined capital deployment for assigned vehicles. By coordinating documentation, vendor processes, and disposition planning, the position ensures fleet decisions are executed efficiently and in alignment with asset strategy and financial controls.

             Mobility Finance Manager

As Mobility Finance Manager, Alice leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight for Sakura Mobility Group’s mobility operations and asset portfolio. She coordinates operating budgets, capital allocations, and expenditure controls in alignment with group finance and treasury frameworks, ensuring transparency and fiscal discipline. Through careful monitoring and reporting, Alice supports informed decision-making and the sustainable management of mobility-related resources.

Born in 1999 in Jiangsu, China, Alice moved to the United States at age five and quickly developed a fascination with organization and numbers. Her professional background reflects a steady rise through administrative and financial support roles, where she earned a reputation for precision and reliability. Joining the company as a key member of the Finance Department, she brings a sharp analytical eye and a calm, data-driven approach to every project. Alice enjoys yoga, photography, and traveling whenever her schedule allows.

As Mobility Security Liaison Officer, Ekaterina coordinates security planning and risk alignment between Sakura Mobility Group and SGG Protective Services. She oversees security requirements for executive and client movements, conducts route and site assessments, and ensures transport operations align with approved protection protocols. By serving as the primary interface between mobility operations and protective services, she enables secure, coordinated, and discreet movement across domestic and international engagements.

Born in 1982 in Novgorod, Russia, where she joined the Russian military at 19. A natural athlete, she began bodybuilding at 23 and competed in military fitness and tactical competitions, earning commendations for hand-to-hand combat and tactical operations. After rising to the rank of Major, she relocated to Los Angeles with her American husband and transitioned into private security, protecting executives and high-profile events since 2017.​
