Zheng Estate hosts exclusive, invitation-only gatherings and curated estate events for approved guests, clients, and their associates. Set within a private residential estate, these events are designed to foster meaningful connections in a recurring, accessible environment that mirrors the atmosphere, talent, and standards of the Sakura ecosystem. Guests are invited to experience an unparalleled, relaxed social setting.
These adults-only events center on connection, chemistry, and indulgence. With a range of formats, from casual social evenings to more formal themed affairs, every gathering is designed with clear consent standards and structured access controls in mind. Clothing is optional for guests, and during event hours, the professional staff remains fully nude. Zheng Estate creates a distinctive environment where sexual energy is intentionally present and carefully managed, allowing guests to explore freely while building trust and long-term relationships in a space designed to nurture both familiarity and indulgence.
Founder of Zheng Estate
Irene Zheng is the private patron behind Zheng Estate, an elusive, deeply private figure whose reputation has grown through proximity rather than publicity. Within the Sakura ecosystem, she is as well known for her physical mythology as for her financial profile, most notably her extreme 36ZZZZ stature and verified chest mass of nearly 50 pounds, a biological anomaly that has become inseparable from her public identity. This detail is not hidden or sensationalized; it functions as part of her allure and iconography, a rare maternal genetic pattern within her family line that made extreme development possible but far from certain, ultimately transforming biological inheritance into cultural myth and making her presence immediately recognizable long before most guests ever learn her name. She is the iconic woman behind the curtain, so to speak.

Irene’s background is deeply embedded in Sakura itself. Her mother, Susan Zheng, serves as Director of Client Relations for Sakura Geisha Group, placing Irene at the center of the organization’s social and cultural network from an early age. Educated as a lawyer and later an early adopter in digital capital, Irene built her own independent profile alongside her husband, an equally private German family office partner, whose combined wealth was established long before cryptocurrency entered mainstream consciousness. Their capital is generational in scale and structurally insulated from commercial pressure, allowing them to operate entirely outside the logic of monetization or public visibility.
Zheng Estate is a personal residence of extraordinary scale that has been selectively integrated into Sakura Holdings as a cultural asset. Irene does not host in an operational role, nor does she participate by obligation; her presence is optional, unpredictable, and intentionally understated. The estate’s power lies in this ambiguity: guests are entering a real home belonging to a family already embedded at the highest levels of Sakura, shaped by a woman whose body became legend and whose wealth made that legend permanently inaccessible.
Hosted Events
Zheng Estate hosts a curated calendar of exclusive, invitation-only events throughout the year. While these gatherings begin as refined, single-evening experiences—gala dinners, retreats, and themed socials—they are designed as adult spaces where sexual energy is woven into the atmosphere. Guests are encouraged to relax, socialize, and explore at their own pace, all within a controlled, professionally managed environment.
The tone of each evening starts casually, with guests enjoying exquisite dining, conversation, and entertainment, but as the night unfolds, especially under the influence of alcohol and increasing comfort, the energy naturally intensifies. Many guests, particularly men, wear purple wristbands, signaling full consent for sexual interaction. Women wearing purple wristbands are open to intense sexual engagement throughout the evening, ranging from playful flirtation to more extreme multi-participant encounters. While sexual activity is welcomed, everyone is free to set boundaries and decline advances at any point during the event, ensuring all interactions remain consensual.

The Zheng Pavilions

Banquet Pavilion The front pavilion at Zheng Estate functions as a high-capacity, open-air structure designed for elegance, flexibility, and immersive guest experiences. It adapts easily between formal dinners, live music, and social events without requiring permanent fixtures or flooring. When used as a dance hall, the pavilion remains open and unobstructed. A DJ station is positioned against the fixed rear wall, while overhead lighting rigs create a soft, sensual atmosphere after dark. High-top cocktail tables with limited barstool seating line the perimeter, giving guests space to mingle between dances. The cabana bar nearby serves as the primary drink station, with guests moving easily between both areas throughout the evening. For banquet-style gatherings, the pavilion becomes an elegant outdoor dining venue. Round eight-person tables are arranged across the floor, comfortably seating up to 75 guests. On-site catering staff operate from serving stations positioned along the rear wall, ensuring smooth service throughout the event. Chairs are cushioned and refined, matching the upscale aesthetic of the estate. The layout maintains generous spacing between tables to preserve ambiance and facilitate conversation. A mobile stage is stored behind Pavilion B when not in use. For performances or presentations, it is wheeled into position along the back wall using locking casters and anchored into place with mooring points embedded in the floor. The freestanding structure spans nearly the full width of the space and can be deployed or removed in minutes by trained staff, depending on the requirements of the evening. Orgasm Pavilion The rear pavilion, known internally as Orgasm Pavilion, is designed specifically to support immersive, high-energy events centered on staged male performances and fluid interaction. Its layout, drainage infrastructure, and seating configuration are uniquely engineered to handle these formats with comfort, hygiene, and efficiency. When used for seated male performance events, a modular false floor is installed across the main area in front of the stage. This floor consists of a grid of lightweight, open-top trough boxes, each three inches deep and arranged to create a stable, raised platform. Every trough is individually numbered and placed in strict numerical order to ensure consistency during setup and teardown. Interlocking PVC drainage tiles are laid over the grid, forming a flush, durable walking surface. Tiles are pre-connected in eight-foot sections to accelerate deployment, and the entire flooring grid is secured to fixed mooring points along the front of the pavilion, preventing any unwanted shifting during use. Staff arrange chairs in fixed-width rows, divided into three equal seating sections—left, middle, and right—each holding five seats per row. While the total number of rows varies per event, the horizontal structure remains constant. This standardized layout supports clear visual lines, consistent guest spacing, and precise alignment with the fluid capture system beneath. Each chair bears a permanent number label starting at 001 in the front-left position and proceeding sequentially. Chairs must be positioned exactly according to the layout, as each group of five aligns with specific troughs in the floor grid. Importantly, the seating layout incorporates a subtle offset. Rather than positioning each row of chairs directly above its corresponding trough row, the rows are shifted slightly backward. This places each guest's feet—and thus any downward discharge—directly over the designated trough row in front of them. For example, the women seated in chair row L1 are aligned with trough number twelve, which lies in front of their chairs, not directly underneath them. Trough number fifteen, located beneath their seats, sees little use. This offset continues row by row to ensure accurate fluid collection across the layout. The Orgasm Pavilion measures approximately thirty feet wide by forty feet deep. The raised false floor covers the front thirty by twenty-four feet of this space and accommodates up to twelve rows of seating. Each row spans twenty-four feet in width, using three parallel troughs (each eight feet long and two feet wide). The mobile stage remains stationed against the fixed rear wall and occupies ten feet of depth. An empty four-foot buffer zone is preserved in front of the stage, separating the performers from the audience and marking the starting point for the raised flooring. Narrow aisles between each of the three five-seat sections offer room for staff movement and visual clarity during events. Female guests are provided with a personal wireless Hitachi Magic Wand, and during performances, they are verbally encouraged to masturbate and orgasm to their limits. Being loud is perfectly fine. As the women begin leaking their juices, pools of ejaculate drip from their chairs into their respective troughs hidden below. Once the orgasms start and moans fill the air, squirting discreetly towards the floor becomes common place. Dripping white ejaculate and every vagina in the pavilion is soaking wet! The real orgasms begin letting loose and some women power spray full bladders onto the floor. We encourage full release as all fluids released during the stage performance are instantly captured by the flooring system below. The grid system ensures women do not ruin their shoes or must step in puddles of squirt. It also provides a sense of privacy knowing all the discharge simply vanished, handled by the drainage layer beneath their feet. Once a seated performance concludes, staff begin immediate breakdown of the space. Chairs are cleared from the false floor area in under ten minutes, allowing access to the interlocking tile surface. These tiles are pre-connected in eight-foot sections and can be quickly disconnected and lifted away for storage. Beneath them, the modular troughs are carefully separated and lifted one by one. All fluids collected during the session are poured into marked collection containers, typically clear plastic buckets with measurement lines to track output volume by each five-seat block. Once drained, the troughs are cleaned thoroughly using hoses and safe-surface disinfectants, then allowed to dry. The entire false floor system is disassembled and stowed until it is needed again for a future event, ensuring the pavilion remains sanitary, visually clean, and fully reset for the next use. For orgies or mixed experiences, the pavilion is configured with 50 rolling bed frames topped with plush bamboo-style mattresses. The beds are arranged in a navigable grid, allowing guests to move freely and comfortably throughout the space. Each mattress is fitted with a clean topper and two layers of white fitted sheets. After each event, toppers are washed and both fitted sheets are discarded as part of standard reset protocol. The layout supports free-form movement and organic interaction without visual clutter or obstruction. The false floor remains in place during bed-based events and continues to serve its core function by draining all fluids released during the experience. At the end of each night, the floor is disassembled, the interlocking tiles are lifted, and each modular trough is manually removed and drained. This integrated system ensures a clean, professional environment is restored quickly and efficiently before the next scheduled use. All flooring tiles, troughs, and bed frames are stored in a secured shed behind Pavilion B. Staff can deploy a complete false floor in approximately thirty minutes, with teardown and drainage taking around forty-five. During active events, all team members wear discreet lanyards and visible credentials. Whether managing seating, staging, or bed arrangements, the crew operates with precision and professionalism, ensuring each event runs seamlessly from the guest’s perspective while maintaining strict operational standards behind the scenes.
On-Site Amenities & Activities
Zheng Estate offers a full suite of resort-style amenities designed to support extended social gatherings and relaxed movement throughout the property. Guests have access to pools, hot tubs, cabanas, lounges, landscaped outdoor areas, and a fully lit tennis court, all operating concurrently to allow different moods and energy levels to coexist.
Wellness facilities include a spa and sauna complex, massage services, a fully equipped gym, and on-site fitness staff available throughout events. These spaces are designed for use before, during, and after social programming, allowing guests to reset or recharge as needed.
Dining and hospitality are managed by a dedicated culinary team operating across multiple service points, including private cooking staff, poolside food service, and a grill and bar housed within the pool complex. Together, these amenities create a fluid, self-contained environment where guests can move naturally between activity, relaxation, and social engagement without leaving the estate.
All Nude Staff!
Zheng Estate operates with a unique residential staffing model. During normal operations, the estate’s full-time residential staff, up to approximately sixty-five individuals, are contractually required to work fully nude while on duty. Staff may wear shoes and other minimal protective gear, but otherwise remain unclothed. This is a legally vetted and fully consensual condition of employment. Because nudity is part of their daily routine, the sexual aspect of being nude wears off quickly for staff.
Guests attending Zheng Estate events should expect most on-site staff to be unclothed as part of normal operations. During large-scale events, however, nudity may be a new experience for guests. Each staff member chooses their own wristband to communicate personal boundaries, allowing them to indicate if they do not wish to be approached or engaged. Staff on work hours may choose red wristbands to ensure they are left alone while performing their duties.
External contractors brought in for specific services, such as catering teams, chauffeurs, or specialty vendors, remain clothed and operate under separate agreements. Outside of scheduled work hours, residential staff are free to dress as they choose and come and go normally, as the estate functions as a private residence when not hosting events.
Arrival, Wristband System
Upon arrival, every guest and every on-site staff member is issued a colored wristband of their choosing. Wristbands are assigned at check-in and linked to the individual guest's or staff member's profile. This system is mandatory and applies to everyone on the property, including guests, hosts, servers, performers, security, and support staff alike. Once a color is chosen, it cannot be changed, so we ask attendees to think carefully about how they want their experience to go.
Each wristband color communicates personal boundaries clearly and non-verbally:
Red — Not open to any sexual interaction. This indicates a firm boundary for the duration of the event. No advances, no wasted seduction, no physical contact beyond standard social interaction.
Yellow — Open to conversation and social engagement, but undecided. Think of this as “approachable” rather than available. Any escalation requires clear, verbal consent. This is a safe middle ground that could range from nothing happens at the event to ending up in a drunken gangbang.
Green — Open to sexual interaction with consent. Green does not imply obligation, entitlement, or automatic access—only that the person is comfortable being approached and having an adult conversation that may or may not lead further.
Purple - No consent is required and permits most sexual acts. Instantly engage with this person without hesitation or explicit permission. An individual always has the right to refuse any advances or physical acts.
Regardless of wristband color, verbal consent is always required. A green wristband never overrides personal choice, timing, or comfort. Wristbands should not be removed during the event. They cannot be exchanged or altered once issued. Anyone without a visible wristband is immediately restricted from participation in all events, with no access to drinks, events, or interactions, until the issue is resolved. This policy exists to protect guests, staff, and the integrity of the event environment.
The wristband system allows everyone to relax, socialize, and explore at their own pace, knowing boundaries are visible, respected, and enforced throughout the estate. This also allows security staff to ensure that all visible sexual acts are consensual due to the wristband color. This is especially significant during large orgy events across the estate.
In addition to signaling sexual boundaries, each wristband is embedded with an RFID chip linked to the guest's personal profile. This technology serves as their secure ID for the duration of the event, enabling access to designated areas across the estate. Wristbands replace traditional keycards and allow for fast, secure movement through entry points, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and private zones. Access permissions vary depending on the guest's role and invitation level, and every tap is logged to maintain accurate entry and exit records. Lost or tampered wristbands are immediately deactivated and replaced by staff. This dual-purpose system enhances both consent visibility and overall security without interrupting the guest experience.
Staff ID Badge & Access Control

Every door or entry point on the estate operates under strict access control, including public restrooms, shower stalls, bedrooms, and staff-only areas. Upon arrival, all Sakura staff, on-site personnel, management, and authorized vendors are issued personalized ID badges. These badges are linked to a pre-approved access profile and control entry permissions based on role, clearance, and the scope of the event. Access is electronically managed and monitored by estate security to ensure privacy, safety, and efficient operations at all times.
Guests do not receive lanyards or badges. Instead, their identities, access points, and permissions are managed through their assigned RFID wristbands, which are tamper-resistant and color-coded for clear consent. In certain cases, Sakura-provided escorts may attend events anonymously without visible credentials to preserve discretion or thematic immersion. These participants are still pre-cleared and logged in the estate’s backend systems, but do not wear badges during guest-facing activities.
VIP-level badges enable designated staff or security personnel to unlock any entry point in real-time, including bathrooms or shower stalls that are currently occupied. This function exists for oversight, safety, or emergency scenarios. It does not override guest autonomy, personal boundaries, or the need for verbal consent under any circumstance.
