DEAD FLAT
Our flat-chested Sakura admin staff get butt naked for one night and go on live auction
Sakura Zero means zero breast mass. Going beyond conventional flat-chested, some of these women never developed any breasts. This is a private charity gala built around a rare and unmistakable aesthetic: a full cast of beautiful Sakura staff whose chests are as flat as walls, assembled into one unified presentation. Every woman participating is a member of the Sakura ecosystem itself, mostly including staff whose roles are ordinarily behind the scenes and far removed from public-facing appearances. For guests, that makes Sakura Zero an exceptionally rare occasion; more importantly, it reflects the willingness of these married women to step forward in support of a charitable cause, making the evening as meaningful as it is distinctive.
Guests are welcomed into an elegant indoor hall at the Four Seasons, where discretion is essential, and photography of any kind is strictly prohibited. Live entertainment opens the evening before guests are seated for the featured runway presentation. What makes Sakura Zero especially distinctive is that many of the participating women are not professional models or performers, but members of the Sakura organization who ordinarily work in everyday or behind-the-scenes roles. Many are also married mothers and ordinary housewives in their daily lives, which makes their appearance in this setting all the more unusual. Their participation, therefore, becomes a genuinely rare opportunity for guests while underscoring the spirit of personal commitment that defines the event. In recent years, the gala has expanded to include our A-cup staff, and for 2026, all participating women fall within the A, AA, or AAA range, with the event centered entirely on that rare and unmistakable silhouette. The MC introduces each woman, and each makes three complete passes on the runway, allowing guests seated along both sides to take in the presentation at close range in a formal, structured setting.
Following the runway event, the evening continues with a proper gala dinner at $500 per plate, paid in advance, with all proceeds benefiting charity. Once dinner concludes, the event moves into its central fundraising moment: a live charity auction in which guests may bid for the opportunity to spend the evening with one or more of the participating Sakura Zero women within the Four Seasons. Each participating woman remains completely nude and is brought onto the stage while introduced by the auctioneer, who provides guests with an overview of her bust as well as her body profile, her role within Sakura, and the qualities that make her presence in the event especially notable. For some women, that may include seniority, leadership, or longstanding value within the Sakura organization, all of which naturally heighten audience interest as bidding begins. One by one, each introduction gives the room a fuller sense of who she is before the auction opens, creating a refined atmosphere in which exclusivity, personality, and charitable purpose come together as the defining centerpiece of the night.
Post-bidding, an NDA contract and sexual consent forms are reviewed and signed. The women are not permitted to leave the Four Seasons hotel building with any guests. Bidding is for a hotel room and private encounters until 8 am the following morning, limited to the bid winner and up to three pre-vetted guests. A staff chaperone is required to go with each woman to ensure her well-being. In hotel rooms with four or more men, Sakura security must be permitted into the room to monitor the activities to ensure her well-being. Winning bid also receives her worn bra and underwear as souvenirs. A signed photo of the model, including her verified bra size and MRI imaging-verified breast mass.
Dessert service brings the evening to a polished close, ending the gala on a note of celebration and generosity. More than a dinner or a show, Sakura Zero is a private charitable experience built around beauty, rarity, and presentation, with every element of the night designed to transform a singular aesthetic into a memorable occasion in service of a worthy cause. All proceeds go directly to charities that the Sakura Geisha Group helps fund.
2026 Sakura Zero Event Summary
$6,592,417 donated to charities

The evening opened with a successful runway presentation featuring 18 participating women, all within the A, AA, or AAA range, whose appearance set the tone for the event and drew strong guest interest from the outset. What made this presentation especially distinctive was that the women were not conventional models or public performers, but primarily members of the Sakura organization itself, including administrative staff and management whose daily roles are ordinarily far removed from public-facing appearances. Their willingness to step forward in support of the evening’s charitable purpose made the presentation not only visually distinctive but also meaningful in a way that reflected personal commitment, generosity, and trust in the cause the event was created to support.
Guests were then seated for an elegant catered dinner, which continued the evening in a refined and celebratory atmosphere. Accompanied by live entertainment, the dinner allowed attendees to relax, enjoy the experience, and take in the occasion as the event moved from its opening presentation into the next stage of the night.
The evening’s live auction was a clear success, generating strong participation and sustained energy throughout the room. All 18 participating women were featured over the course of the auction, and guest engagement remained high from beginning to end, with several moments of especially spirited bidding that added to the excitement of the night. The result was a lively and memorable fundraising segment that played a major role in the overall success of the event.
Beyond the evening’s formal programming, additional charitable support from guests and clients brought in a further $2.83 million USD in contributions. These donations reflected the generosity of those in attendance and greatly expanded the overall charitable impact of the event, helping extend its reach well beyond the success of the dinner and auction themselves.

Combined, the evening’s fundraising efforts resulted in a substantial charitable contribution across multiple causes. Proceeds from the event went directly to the following organizations: Hope Hits Harder Foundation, Abrazo Adoption Associates, San Antonio Humane Society, and the Texas Children’s Cancer and Hematology Center. We are proud that the success of the evening was able to provide meaningful support to organizations whose work makes a real difference in the lives of children, families, and animals in need.
We extend our sincere thanks to all of our guests, clients, and supporters whose presence and generosity helped make the evening such a success. We are especially grateful to the Sakura women who participated and stepped well outside their usual day-to-day roles in support of the event’s charitable purpose, helping make the night as distinctive as it was meaningful. We also thank the staff of the Four Seasons Houston for helping provide a polished and welcoming setting for the evening. To everyone who attended, contributed, and helped bring the event together, we offer our genuine appreciation, and we look forward to seeing you again in 2027.

It took Sakura many years to find these uniquely talented women who matched both the required physique and the career skill set backgrounds.
Both women had always been completely flat-chested, having never developed any breast mass during puberty or as an adult. They both had relatively small areola profiles and modest nipples.
At different ages and levels of breast cancer, both women individually underwent bilateral mastectomies. Today, their chests are completely smooth and featureless, with no visible scars. This makes their physical appearance very unique and is coveted by some in very small niche circles. Both women still proudly wear their AAA bras and sports bras as a matter of principle during their daily lives.
