Born in 1986 in Fujian, China and raised in Los Angeles, Tiffany built her career in modeling and business development before founding Sakura Geisha in 2013. She is fluent in Mandarin and English and continues to mentor staff while representing the company at select engagements.

By aligning field execution with group standards and client expectations, Lien ensures estate services operate smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with established policies.

 

Born in 1967 in Taiwan and moved to Los Angeles at seventeen. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, she quickly excelled academically and pursued her university studies with a focus on organizational management. Her lifelong passion for operational leadership naturally evolved into a career directing high-performance teams. Married for eighteen years with one child, Lien is known for her professionalism and quiet resolve in balancing her personal life and leadership role.

This role manages hiring pipelines, shift assignments, coverage planning, and contingency staffing, while coordinating closely with operations leadership and household contacts. By maintaining disciplined scheduling controls and staffing readiness, the position supports reliable service delivery and continuity across all managed estates.

As Payroll & HR Administrator for Sakura Estate Services, Adrianna oversees payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance for estate services staff. Drawing on her finance background, she ensures accurate compensation, timely disbursements, and proper documentation while coordinating closely with operations and group finance. Her role supports workforce stability, regulatory adherence, and consistent administrative standards across all managed residences.


Born in 1995 in Croatia and raised across Europe before settling in Los Angeles, Adrianna brings a unique blend of cultural awareness and financial expertise to her role. Fluent in seven languages, she easily coordinates with international clients, vendors, and performers. Her early career in luxury hospitality and modeling gave her a strong foundation in organization and client relations, which she has seamlessly adapted to payroll management. By maintaining disciplined vendor controls, the position supports reliable service delivery and cost accountability.

             Household Services Coordinator

The Household Services Coordinator serves as the day-to-day coordination point for resident service requests across managed households. This role schedules routine services, triages time-sensitive needs, and coordinates staff and vendors to ensure requests are executed smoothly and discreetly. By maintaining clear communication and follow-through, the position supports continuity, responsiveness, and a consistently high service standard.

             Compliance & Records Coordinator

The Compliance & Records Coordinator maintains personnel records, agreements, and operational documentation for Sakura Estate Services. Responsibilities include tracking onboarding files, signed acknowledgements, role documentation, and required records to support audits and policy compliance. By ensuring accurate, controlled documentation, this role strengthens accountability and protects both staff and client interests.
