Update - July 2025 trip to Juliet's Horse Ranch
Training day - Fifteen staff took a site visit to Texas to visit Juliet's equestrian ranch and gain more hands-on experience with horses. Staff require internal certifications in able to be eligible to perform in front of clients. We have strict requirements and a training regimen. All performers must meet our internal guidelines and certification standards. This was an Equestrian weekend retreat, which only a select number of staff have signed up for over the years. Juliet is a true expert in her craft since she has been doing this since she was quite young. Each retreat tends to see some newcomers. Some staff come just to view the training sessions and take in the festivities, while other staff are more veteran and are there to continue their practice sessions. Taking on horses is no easy feat. Juliet provides education and guidance in her classes.
